F^3 Winter 2021 Program
The F^3 Program a fully-subsidized online program for girls in high school to develop financial literacy, gain experience with money management and investing, and be introduced to the finance industry and its different career paths. Our 5- week-long after-school program offers high-achieving girls from diverse backgrounds the opportunity to jumpstart their careers through the following pillars: education, mentorship, and networking.
Participants will attend biweekly seminars taught by Yale students. Each hour-long class will cover a variety of topics relating to financial literacy, investing and empowering women in a traditionally male dominated space, such as budgeting, credit, investing, etc.
Participants will be paired with mentors who will provide professional as well as academic advice, and support the girls
throughout the program. Mentors are undergraduate women at Yale University, studying economics and/or pursuing careers in finance.
We aim to facilitate a lifelong
professional network of like- minded women in the finance industry. Participants will be invited to special virtual networking opportunities and other social events. They will also receive an exclusive weekly newsletter.
